Camping on the 4th

We decided to take a quick little camping trip for the 4th of July. We went to Shenandoah National Park and stayed just 2 nights. It was nice to be out in nature for a couple days.

We invited my parents to come along and we had a good time just hanging out, playing games, eating smores and hiking.

Dad and Ronnie getting the campfire started

We went hiking on a 3.25 mile hike to some water falls.
(Please ignore my hair/hiking look)

Piper was curious about the big rocks

We're glad we got a little camping in this summer...we were worried the summer would go by with no camping! That would be a tragedy ;) Piper LOVED it! She seemed like she was in heaven on the hike. So cute.

She is GORGEOUS!!!! Seriously. And Huge. I'm telling you, she has Mastiff in her. Her jaws are massive and she is quite built already. Beautiful girl. Oh and you and Ronny look great too, haha ;)

Fun! Sadly, I think our Summer may go by with no camping. A new baby will do that to you. ;)
