Recipe Request

One of my New Year's resolutions is to cook at least three times a week. This may not sound like much but I'm horrible at actually making dinner. It's usually because I don't know what to make that is fast and easy. "Canned soup, hunny?" That gets old quick. Soooo....I'm requesting good recipes! Maybe you have a recipe or a blog that has lots of yummy recipes?! Whatever floats your boat. In return, my husband will thank you!

Wish me luck...

have a pound (more or less depending on your family size) of hamburger meat and you get that cooked and then you cook some elbow macaroni we usually use half a box and then once all that is done you put the meat back on the stove and put a can of tomato soup in there and when that starts bubbling you turn the heat off and add the noodles(after they have been drained) and then add about 6-8 american cheese slices!!! SO GOOD:)
Tim grew up having his mom make this for him and our kids LOVE it and it is so EASY

I only have a few stand by's that I repeat over and over. HOWEVER, when I do feel like trying something new, I go to the blog http://www.getoffyourbuttandbake.com  Everything I have tried sight unseen has worked out and tasted wonderful.

You only want fast and easy, or are you willing to go into somewhat more complicated ones? I'd be willing to give you access to the Lazarowitz Family Recipe Database online (even if it only contains about 0.1% of the recipies we use, it still has some good ones on it, and I can say with absolute certainty, they came from the best judge of recipes, chef, and cook ever, my mother :) )

you should get a slow cooker, or if you have one, you should take it out and use it! And Kraftfoods.com and bhg.com have excellent recipes!! I will send you a message on FB with some recipes for you to try. Ive been out of the cooking habit lately bc im too tired to do anything, but Im getting back in touch with my slowcooker :)

I'm with ya. I need to cook more! Frozen and canned things just aren't as good. I'm also with ya on the fast and easy thing. You should post some of your favorties that you'll be trying soon. :)
