Overnight in DC

Ronnie had a court hearing up in Northern Virginia on Friday, so we all went up and after he was done we had a mini trip. We went to the National Zoo. Leo really wanted to see the pandas and the elephants (they had to move them from our zoo in Norfolk since there were only two and they were older.. Leo was really sad about that).

Leo loved doing silly selfies haha. So we indulged him...except he looks cute.

 We stayed the night and the next day headed to the D.C. temple. My mom made the trip the night before and was able to watch the kiddos so we could go in the temple and then we met her outside and switched. It was such a beautiful day! 

The car ride home was LONG...traffic on a summer Saturday. Mina doesn't 

exactly like riding in her car seat either...these pictures are a bit deceiving ;) She is way 

to cute!
