Last Friday, we made tacos using the lettuce from our garden. :)
Then Saturday, Ronnie wanted to go fishing. Luckily, he only
caught an eel....and threw it back :)
Today, my parents came over for mother's day dinner.
I made a white chocolate fruit tart for desert.

heather! your tart is STUNNING! seriously...the presentation is gorgeous, and I'm sure it was tasty! i just made a chocolate and banana one from the Julia Child "mastering the art of french cooking", but it was not nearly as beautiful!
