This year we went camping again to the Shenandoah National Park. Always a great place to camp in the summer!

We went on a couple hikes.. Leo was so awesome. We did a pretty good hike over 3.5 miles hills and all and he was the leader most of the time! He's got some energy and he loves to hike so win win. Mina did great to. She even fell asleep ;)
Ronnie and I took this hike by ourselves! What a treat. I could hear the birds...it was so quite!
Leo LOVED to help his daddy build the fire. First thing he said when we got there and
when he woke up, "Let's build the fire!"
So proud of himself shooting the ping pong balls with the squirt gun ;)
Our last hike was fun. Leo was of course the leader and even helped me over some rocks...so cute.
He was looking for animal prints (dinosaur tracks according to him) and a variety of other things listed on a sheet. He was so fun. We also found some blackberries which is Leo's favorite thing to look for.
We left camping a little early because of rain. So on the fourth did some poppers ...
At some point this happened haha...
And went to see some fireworks...Leo and Mina's first time.
It was a great weekend for our family.
